But alas, I have nothing to cite it is just something I remember reading somewhere. My thought is that it is part of the bailout deal that AIG made with the government as a way to generate payback at the expense of the American Veteran. Since I haven't heard much about it, I assume that they are keeping it all hush hush. I'm not a kook, I just don't have enough real facts to go on.
