just transplanted

I just transplanted my plant from a large container to a smaller one because I wanted to let the bigger one have a little space.
During this a couple of roots got torn off not many though. Will my plants be ok.

Personally i would never transplant to a smaller pot....You will be fine if anything the roots ripping will help it not get root bound since you are transplanting to a smaller pot but I would definitely avoid doing that again
