to early to tell, wont be able to tell till after a couple of weeks of flowering... for now though you have some strechting going on. ya need to lower your lights so the plants are trying to reach up to them.. what kind of lights do you have on them and what cycle?

i got a 250 hps and i did have them on 12/12 but someone told me to put them on 18/6 so i just did that about how far should i put the light??

well I would hold off on the hps till ya get ready to flower them wich is a lil ways off, and get like 4 or so cfl bulbs they are pretty good for veg and you can get them cheap at home depot.. put them about a inch from the plants...

the plant will NOT flower under 18/6
you have to have it at 12/12 and after about 2-4 weeks the plant will start to show signs of either male or female flowers
look at the joint between the stem and a branch and there will be small pre flowers that look like little hairs coming out....thats if its female
if it is male it will start to form little balls on the joints witch are pollen sacks

well you can flower a plant at any time but it would be better to let the plant grow another 2 to 3 months until you flower it but it just depends on the yied you want
keep the lighting at 18/6 if its already at it and let the plant grow a while longer and then switch it into flowering

no we started on 12/12 cuz that what i heard to do and it grew like that then someone on here said to turn it to 18/6 just today and how long do i wait for a larger yield

ok keep it on 18/6 for now.........leave it on 18/6 until the plant gets a little bigger...YOU CHOSE WHEN YOU WANT TO FLOWER...if you let the plant grow more then you will get a bigger yield...if you flower now you will get like a quarter at the most
when the plant gets bigger...i would wait another month at least and then when you feel it is time to flower....switch the light onto 12/12....its very simple

18/6 you want to let it stay in veg for a while so your plants can get a lil stronger to hold bud... when they look nice and strong you can swithch to 12/12 a fan in there will help get the plants strong, the breeze blowing the branches around a lil will help them to get strong.

yea i have a fan so it resembles the wind blowing and i just lowered the hps lamp a lil bit closer so theyll stop stretching
