The police in the Trayvon Martin shooting said it was Zimmer who was screaming for help.
The recording of the 911 tape (that you posted in the Trayvon Martin thread) has Zimmer saying "OK" when the police dispatcher tells him "We don't need you to be doing that" (following him).
Zimmer does seem to say "fucking coon", so I guess he should get the electric chair.

Also the eyewitness said Zimmer was taking a beating, it wasn't just the police. If Zimmer feared for his life or feared that he was in danger of serious injury then that is certainly a self-defence scenario.yep. this guy...

Look, I am not really defending Zimmer. I think he was a complete moron doing the stuff he did; he was a cop wannabe and I have no sympathy for cops as they tend to be power freaks. I have seen others post here that he was a rentacop so maybe he was legitimately patrolling that neighborhood, or that could be complete BS.
I know what I would have done in the scenario that played out. I would have called 911 and reported a suspicious kid in the neighborhood and let the cops handle it.
I am pretty sure Zimmer will be charged in this incident because there is just too much political pressure to do anything else. Let's wait and see what happens.

that eyewitness account is contradicted by a second eyewitness account from someone that is actually willing to and has identified herself. she also says that the cops were "correcting" her statements, telling her that zimmerman was screaming out for help when she claimed it was martin. that right there indicts the police account, as if we needed any more evidence to know that they are incompetent, specially in their handling of this case.
after he pursued the guy?
you clearly do not know what self defense means.

he will be charged in this incident because he was not acting in self defense when he pursued and then murdered the kid. he will be charged with a hate crime because the ONLY thing he knew about the guy he was pursuing was that he was black and uttered racial epithets while actively pursuing and murdering him.
political pressure has nothing to do with it, the actions of zimmerman have everything to do with it.
