[h=1]Kali Mist, Jack Herer indoor grow[/h]
Started my first grow on Jan. 1. Some of the details:
Starting with 1 of each of the following: Kali Mist femenized, Jack Herer, Pink Plant (free seed), and an unknown bag seed which was very strong (lemony). Long term goal of keeping 1 or 2 strains as a perpetual grow. Personal use only, don't need a factory.
Germ'd in towels, sprouted in trays, transplanted into 1 gal Smart Pots. Veg room is using a 4' HO T5 fixture w/ 8 bulbs available. Have a heat mat in place for the dark times.
Started using Rapid Start rooting last week (at about 7-10 days old) and used a very low dose of FF Big Bloom on Saturday. Using RO water, everything is PH'ing around 6.8.
Will flower under 600W HPS Adust-a-wing (yet to purchase).
2 weeks from seed and they are around 3" tall with lots of growth (no stretching at all). The JH is not the strongest, growing asymterically (seems like it's disfigured), but going to let it continue and see what happens.
I put together a calendar for the KM relative to a perpetual, once a month harvest. Based on an 84 day flowering cycle. The cycle is utilizing Uncle Ben's topping technique, basically vegging for 42 days, topping and using the top as the next clone, vegging the topped plant for another 42 days before sending to flower. This would give me 4 plants total once the cycle is fully underway, two in flower and two in veg. Of course, there are many variables including the 84 day flower timeframe, size of plants with that amount of vegging (my space is roughly 6' tall total, so with pots and lights, lose a couple feet which may prove to be impossible with this strain). Tried to upload a PDF of it for you guys to take a look at but the file size is too big (at 42 kb, seems strange?)
Always open to tips or advice and excited to start process!
