Go listen to Beyonces performance on the today show sometime back, you can youtube it, this person has 0 talent, she wouldnt have made the 1st cut on Idol lolz, she woulda been laughed at. Her music is wayyyyy over modulated to make it listenable. Shes a made up star and has no buisness winning an award for a damn thing!!

Evidently you missed the fact that Kanye was motivated solely by his racist views and that his actions were both violent an affront to civility. And you think this is OK.

I mean, I realize the VMA's are VOTED on... but I don't think that really counts as politics.

Who gives a crap about these people, anyway? MTV is for kids, and pop music is largely worthless.

They can all take a flying leap as far as I'm concerned.

Who gives a crap? Well, anyone who is concerned with how the media is influencing society for the worst and how incivility is becoming increasingly acceptable. The fact that you are not concerned is an example of why we should be concerned.

What Kanye did was not only an assault on a 19 year old child but an attack on white society and an affront to civilized conduct.

Keep in mind that kids watch this stuff and like it or not these people are roll models.

I think there should be an industry wide boycott of everything involving West and he should never be allowed to work in the entertainment industry again.

Imagine what would happen if a white guy had done likewise to a young black girl. There would be rioting in the streets.

I was shocked what he did but I think it was because he was drunk as hell ( not an excuse but a fact )... I do think after the fact he realize that this was a stupid thing for him to do ...People need not look at this as black and white racist thing but as a drunk fool acting like a drunk fool....Next year MTV needs to ban drinks at your seat....

kanye west did what he did to get attention. He most likely isn't doing so good in the pulls as he was before and new upcoming talent is taking his spot light. in the Celebrity world you have to be crazy, do something horrible something were people will remember what you did to really get noticed again. Thats what writers are looking for juicy material that everyone likes to gossip about, people have more fun talking smack then they do talking well about people for the most part. Perfect example look at paris hiltion who the hell knew who she was intill she s'd that dudes d and it was thrown on the net. Thats what kim kardashian did to try and get more attention, and as well as that high school music girl did as well, and even Britney spears by shaveing herself bald and going a-wall. but thats just my 2 sense :blsmoke:
