The secondary growth shoots aren't developed enough yet to ensure rooting, but again, if you top, you can definitely use what's cut off the top to clone. The secondaries look like they're going to be ready for taking cuttings soon though, especially if you top now, as they'll get a big growth burst.Different people have different views on the "best" way to top.
I stick to what's in the first post of Uncle Ben's thread... cutting right above the second node/leafset, which will make those four secondary growth shoots become the new four main colas.
