KC Brains Brains Escape/Delahaze

So i can not find a single journal on kc brains out there =/ so i decided to make one. This is my first journal ever so if i forget to put some information in please let me know and ill get that out there. So this is my set up.

600W hps/mh
300w led (soon to be 2 if it ever gets here in the mail lol)
using a soil blend from a garden nursery, its there store blends which are amazing. nice soil with pine bark and perlite. There are some other stuff in the soil just cant remember lol
General Hydroponic MaxiGro (10-5-14)
General Hydroponic MaxiBloom (5-15-14)
3 gallon pots

I have a 4'x2'x8' closet that i flower in that is just the original white paint, not very reflective but cant afford to repaint it. (600w hps)
I have a 4'x2'x5' mylar tent that is for vegging. (leds)

All of these entered veg at the same time on August 2, 2015 and ended up having a rough start right off the beginning due to my ballast going out and having to wait 4 days under baby cfls....ya it sucked so they arent all looking at tip top shape but are getting to be a lot better. They have some pretty tight nodes from what i can tell (i have my first grow in flower atm so would this be my 1 1/2 grow? lol) they are all about 6 inches tall and getting to be very bushy compared to my last grow thats in harvest now. they havent had any nute feedings yet and will give them there first in a few days when they need water again. I keep the ph of my water at 5.5-6 and the soil at the same. i water until i have maybe a 10% runoff and its ph is around 5.5.

Im not sure what else i should put in this so if there is any more information anyone would like please feel free to ask and i will tell.

So here is a update. All of them are doing great gaining roughly a inch a day. One of the brains is looking a little heat stressed i think. Maybe im wrong and someone could save me some trouble later down the road. My wife decided to turn the ac off and since i dont have proper ventilation...... well u get the drift lol
Ok so onto the plants.
The first pic is the delahaze. Doing great. 13 inches tall and about 3 weeks old. Watered yesterday with plain phed water. Watered on the 15th with nutes.
The rest of them are brains escape but the second pic is the one that is heat stressed. Fan leaves curling up on one of them. All the brains are sitting roughly 12-13 inches high and doing great. Same watering schedual as the delahaze.

I keep my plants under a 300w led and 4 plain household cfls until around the 21st when i should have a second 300w led. When i go to put them in flower they will be under a 600w hps. Now with all of them in a 3 gallon pot should i trim the roots once halfway into veg? I want to put them in flower when they are roughly 3 1/2 - 4' tall.
I topped the plants 2 days ago and want to do lst on the tops. As always any advice is welcome i wont be able to add anything to the grow as far as scrog or anything until me next grow as im not sure all of them are female or not.

Haven't grown the one you are currently growing but I am in the middle of growing one of kc brains strains; the kc-45, I'm doing a journal too. Looks like your doing well matey!! I've found the kc-45 quite a pleasure up till now. . . although its supposed to be an auto flower but I've had to treat it as a normal photosensitive strain. I'll pull up a chair and look forward to see how a fellow KC strain turns out

Last night 2 of the brains showed to be females and the delahaze did aswell! Stoked about that as im going to start taking clones off of them. 4 of each strain when they get a bit bigger. Will be my first time cloning so i hope i do it right xD

Did diagnose the one that i thought was heat stressed as a nitro def. Sprinkled some used coffee grounds on it, watered and it perked right back up within a few hours. Only time will tell tho

Here is some updated pictures. They arent growing much higher a little bit higher but not like before. They are starting to get super fucking bushy tho. Should i put them in flower now? 3 of them have a few white pistals on them. I would really love to take clones but im really not seeing any sites to clone off without cutting main branches.

If you want too keep the stretch down, run them under the LEDs for the first week or two of 12/12

You said before you wanted to flower them at four feet, but if that ones a haze you could end up with a ten footer if you flower at four.

O wow ok ya the talles i could do is maybe 6 foot tall plants cause my flower room (closet lol) is only 8 feet tall and i would have trouble with light penetration at that height

Despite the Haze heritage, this plant will not grow out of control as long as induced to flower within the first few weeks of vegetative

...so I wouldn't wait too long! You could always to it to keep the canopy height closer to the KCs

Hmmm ok ya atm the delahaze is 16" tall and a foot wide. I would love to get clones off it before i flower cause i read that it could hermie if i pulled clones during flower? I really dont like the idea of cutting on of the main branches for a clone and losing quantity on this harvest cause ill be flowering regardless. I just dont want to really start from seed for a few harvests

The only thing i could think of and please correct me if im wrong but doing a sog by taking cuttings when its in flower, and as soon as they show roots putting it in flowering.

Well i was messing around about a week ago and took some of the cuttings i had from pruning the girls (all confirmed female xD) and just stuck 2 cuttings in a cup of regular tap water (my tap is about 9 ph) well 1 of the cuttings has roots haha so good news there. Today is also the first day of flowering for the other girls. Cant wait to see them buds! They are all sitting 18-23" high

here is a update on the plants. they went into flowering on the 26. so its been 9 days and they are looking great. i believe all of them may be female other than 1 that is giving me some mixed feelings.... sorry about the hps shot i know everyone hates them but i didnt really want to take them all out because im stoned as fk atm . well here they are at almost 2 1/2 ft tall i had to super crop one in the far back right it was one of the brains (last picture). it stood roughly 8 inches above the others. glad i took clones of it xD
i did have to do a flush on one of my plants (the one sending mixed signals) because i noticed it had nit toxicity. its doing much much better. sugar leaves popping back up and looking up. fan leaves slowly recovering. If any questions about my grow lemme know

ya lol idk why they are so damn big. ive cut so many damn leaves off tryin to get those more light. (made sure i didnt get fan leaves ofc) they just keep getting bigger haha

the second pic the plant is recovering from a nit toxicity, flushed it with 3 gallons of ph water and its looking a hell of a lot better after 3 days. leaves are starting to perk back up, and un-clawing

well update on the girls. had to pull the one up that had the nit problem because it finally showed me.....balls but im not to worried about it, my space is so small that its kind of cramped in there so 1 gone only leaves more room for the other girls to get bigger. if i only had 1 more foot wide of a closet....lol
