Well they have Me sold on it,used it one time and bfor My eyes life is restored the Green is back the Pest gone and there reaching out towards the light again!

A proper grow light is primarily WHITE light. Red and blue are only used to enhance the 450 (blue) and the 630+ (red)

If in fact your plants recovered it was because your chemistry was way off in the first place. Plants pH should be ~ 5.8 in veg and 6.0 in flower
