So as the title says, I keep failing. Everything dies before it even grows more than like 3 leaves.
1. I have the perfect grow room set up, a small closet with a T5 fluorescent, a few fans circulating air, a heat mat, reflective paper on the walls.
2. The temperature is always between 76-84 degrees, the humidity always stays between 40 and 50%. They get 18 hours of light a day.
3. Water and soil PH is always between 6.2 and 6.6
I germinated a bunch of seeds from an old batch of bud I had (I was aware these may not be viable) out of 30 three survived, they all germinated, sprouted, and grew about an inch. Then keeled over and went kaput. The 3 survivors were in grow blocks, 2 of them went into bigger growblocks when roots popped out, 1 of them went in to soil (unfortunately ocean forest and now I have white flies and had to throw it away) THe other 2 in the big growblocks looked great like they were gonna flourish and grow. NOPE. the growblocks turned green in some areas and upon pulling the smaller grow blocks out of the big ones, I Discovered they had root rot too at such a young stage.
I then bought some seeds from attitude seeds, planted 3 of them as a tester, they germinated, looked really good compared to previously germinated seeds, and then barely grew 2 cm out of the growblock before dying. I am afraid now to keep using my expensive seeds, I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
I don't think I water them too much, and as it hadnt been long enough I didnt start using nutrients yet (One of my buddies has a really strong plant that hes never even touched with nutrients or proper ph water). I keep reading these plants can take a real beating but why are none of my mine even growing taller than 2 or 3 inches before dying?
