Well, I learned alot on my last grow. Like how much money you can waste by over complicating your grow.

Last grow. 33 plants from seed. Fem. Ordered from overseas. $$$
16 AK
16 Cheese
ONE blueberry auto that ruined it all.

Went slack on soil. Might have been the issue. NaturesCare from HomeDepot... than added about 30 percent perlite. My first grows, I used sunshine #4, perlite and Hesi nutrients. Turned out great. But the nutrients and watering were Alot of work.
32 plants were alot to deal with. 2 1000 watt lights. Intake and exhaust. 100 degree summer in the South. I had heat issues, humidity issues. 600 bucks in AC and humidifier, 300 in power a month... Won't grow again in June, July, or August. Just too damn hot with 2 lights. And constantly worrying about temp and humidity. Ruined my summer man.
So the blueberry auto that was a freebie Hermed. (I had no idea the photo needs were different than a regular plant. I veg 24 7 so I don't have to worry about light leaks or temp differences, timers, light leaks or anything really.
Get it consistent and let it run for 6 to 8 weeks from seed to flip. Easier to me.

Now shit got fubar real quick. Pretty sure the 99 degree temps it hit a couple times when my exhaust fan blew the fuse a couple times, mixed with the auto going into bloom like two weeks before I flipped to 12 12...it hermied, and than self pollinated herself AND the rest. Every. Last. Plant. All budded. With a tremendous amount of seeds. I yielded about 2.5 pounds...the smoke was incredible. It takes a couple minutes to deseed a quarter, but once deseed and grinded...Ill take the Pepsi challenge with most commercial dank bud in my area.
I grew up smoking weed with seeds,
back in the old days... Weed came with seeds. So I'm not a snob. And it was free. I've been smoking it all summer and giving to friends and family. I'm like the Robin Hood of weed right now. I sold a lb of it for 1600 to recoup money spent on power and supplies, so I'm about even, and had 1.5 lb in profit and 2 1000 watt lights and AC and humidifier paid for. And I have a TON of seeds. No ordering, being paranoid, or spending the hundreds for seeds.

All in all I learned alot, about wanted to throw in the towel when they all seeded... But I saw it out, thanks to the advice of Hot Rod. Excellent advice. Just smoked my Sunday morning blunt. Thanks Hot Rod.

I did however get lazy. 32 plants. The chop, the dry, the manicuring, the packaging... It takes HOURS of labor per plant. I will stagger my chopping much more next time. I swear, the last couple plants didn't get manicured or sugar leaves pulled off. They basically got hacked and dried, and than shoved in a jar. Lmfao. The look on people's faces when you pull your jar out and pull a foot long stalk that was crammed in there. Still smokes great though once cleaned up a little.

So, new grow.
One 1000 watt light
12 plants AK and Cheese
Have no idea which is which until bloom.... AK smells piney to me, and Cheese is def Cheese. Easy to differentiate... Similar yield. Who cares.

I ordered Fox Farm Ocean Soil.
From Walmart. Two bags. Delivered to my door. 25 bucks. Cheaper than anything else I've looked at. Added 30 percent perlite. Prob about 100 bucks all in. No nutes until bloom. Seems way easier. Just transferred from solo cup to one gallons. Seem to have really perked up after 24 hours!
Temps and humidity are ideal...
You can't win if you give up after a loss, or don't compete again...
Keep growing
Keep growing

So I did
