Shit, you think he's got it bad, I'm in florida with no AC. Humidity is never under 70%. It's actually nice at the moment right around 80.

Why wait till september to get an air conditioner?

Man fuck that shit....I was tickled pink to see a cool and overcast day this week. I went hiking up the mountain. It was 85 when I started when I got back to the car it read 93. I think the high for that day was 98. First day not to break 100 in about 2 months. I drove around everywhere with the windows down and no AC.

Get a fan I live in SD in Cali It's down the street from Mexico it gets hot where I'm at year round just spend 5 on a fan or 55 on a window fan

Prices don't seem that bad, I'm going to get a small house like 3 bdr near the beach. From what I have seen rent ranges for what I'm looking for are $1400-$2000. I think I can handle that, hella cheaper than Manhattan or DC and I can surf!
