Keeping a low pro! HELP!

Hey everybody! :D
I had a question about my light situation.
I am going to be growing in my walk-in closet. I have a box about 3 half feet tall 3-4 feet wide, and 2 feet in width. I'm going to be using 2 100 watt CFL bulbs. NOW! on an 18/6 light/dark period, should I be expecting a huge spike in my electricity bill?

I regularly have my basement lights on for at least 8-16 hours a day depending on what kind of mood I am in. If I were to cut down on the basement lighting and only concentrating on my Mary Jane lighting...would it be safe to assume that the lighting would compensate for each other? I do not want the po po's snooping around.
I'm not too nervous about it, honestly...but I'd love to get some opinions before I get too far ahead of myself.

Yes, I am growing in a state where the girl everyone wants, they can't have....legally. And yes, I do know other people grow here in my town, but reassurance is the best thing anyone could give right now. Basically, I would like a no-risk, nice budget grow. I don't want my plants to be monstrous...just enough for me to smoke..a good 15-20 grams is A-okay!:clap:

But I hope I get at least 20 grams:sad:. I went out of my way to purchase, this Fox Farm soil, tiger bloom, bio bloom buster, other things with the name bloom in it, and yeah!:-P

For a CFL? lol nah man you have no worries at all, I don't know your hydro price but mine runs 6cents per Kwh and my 400w hps I figgure will only run me about an extra 13$ a month fr my 12/12 cycle so for a cfl I'd say alot less like what 5$ more a month? just a guess ofc...

don't worry about the electric, or the very little heat!! the savings in the end out number the costs:)

same here bro but ebay is amazing $130 for my 400w MH & HPS including both bulbs and everything else, btw the more light the more bud bro

You have nothing to worry about police wise as long as you don't do anything stupid like throw a rager and have them bust it.

Just keep your garden your secret and ideally tell nobody about it, but only share with a few people you know will not speak about it

Drocksyou, I'm setting up a mini stealth grow thread soon. You can add me if you want. I should be posting it sometime next week. Two 5 Gal buckets making a "clamshell" type setup. It's going to look boss.
