Keeping a sativa in a 4x6 inch pot

Well i put two plants in there to trying and ween out the sativas and keep the indicas for this stealth box i got going..



You can tell which is the sativa. Anyway my Q is if i can keep it in this smaller pot its whole life cycle to reduce size considerably? I would like to keep it under a foot tall. the box is big enough for a bit more then one plant.
 
Topping wouldn't really help as the new tops would simply grow as the first did. Depending on width of the box you may be able to LST it, and yes a smaller pot would considerably effect its size but could also lead to other plant issues.

thx + rep. I was reading it can also depend on how much the particular strain can handle being root bound. Ill be flowering just after a month of veg =]
 
Purple Power somewhere around 5 and a half weeks flowering in a 4" pot. Pinwheel kind of LST. Under a foot including pot, but the main stem is about 24".
