I should've posted this when I first started vegging. This is my 3rd grow. My first time using LEDs. My last grow was with a 400w HPS. Hopefully these Kessils work well. I didn't see enough grows done with Kessils on here so I decided to post up a journal. Yeah I know some of you think I'm crazy for using Kessils. I've read they're good as supplemental lights and I've read other things. Well I guess I'm going to see what these things can do. So yup I'm the guinea pig so you'll have proof. If they don't work well this grow. I can always resell them. All of these plants are different strains so it's going to be a challenge.
Setup:
40X40 tent in my office
Temp: 68-75 degrees.
Humidity: never goes above 40%
4 Purple Kessil LEDs.
All Fox Farm soil and nutrients.

Sour Diesel - 3 gallon smart pot (clone)
Barney's LSD - 5 gallon homemade aeroponics bucket just experimenting with aero(clone)
White Widow - 3 gallon smart pot (clone)
Tangerine Dream - 3 gallon smart pot (seed)
Nuke (local strain???) - 3 gallon smart pot (clone from local dispensary)
Blue Dream - 3 gallon smart pot (clone from local dispensary)
Purple Train Wreck - 3 gallon smart pot (clone from local dispensary)
Afgooey - 3 gallon smart pot (clone from local dispensary)
Small cups bottom right hand corner: Green Crack - (local dispensary) LSD (small mother that I have been rippin clones off of)
This one in the little cup right here is Kandy Kush that I got from a free seed around the same time I got the Tangerine Dream. I was messing with it to much when it was a seedling and it froze in time but didn't die. So after a couple of weeks of looking like a seedling stuck with the cotyledon leaves instead of tossing it I experimented and through a zip lock bag over the cup. I guess that woke it up and it started growing again.
I can't figure out which strain to go with for my late 9th pot. Green Crack or Kandy Kush? The Green Crack doesn't even have any 5 leaf on it yet. A lot of these clones I got from the dispensary looked like crap and had brown and dead leaves when I got them but I took them anyways and brought them back to life because it was hard to find these strains. I didn't use any special technique. I just gave them fresh Fox Farm soil and nutrients. I don't know how or what the hell the local growers are doing to their clones, but most of them look like shit at the dispensaries and I still consider myself a beginner grower and my clones never looked like crap.
All these plants are different ages. The one I really am focusing on is the Tangerine Dream which is around 7 weeks from germination. I might veg for 2 more weeks before I go into flowering. The biggest issue I am having is powdery white mildew. It seems like I have to spray certain plants once or twice a week because I can find small areas of it every now and then. HOW THE HELL DO YOU KEEP THIS STUFF FROM POPPING UP?!?!
If any of you more experienced have any tips on when to flower, I am open to suggestions. I am hoping for a good yield. Hopefully these Kessils don't let me down. Thanks.
