That's the main way I've read about people dying... drowning or something similar. I've only read of one person that injected so much that it was a lethal overdose. I know I've snorted 1g in 1 line, and proceeded to snort more shortly after.... so it's kind of hard to die from, unless you do something stupid like drown.
