Wondering how many of you have one of these coffee machines. Just got mine, ordered from Keurig. They appear to have a fancier version that isn't available in stores, hot water dispense and rinse cycle. I drink a lot of coffee and I love this thing. Waiting for one of the diy cup thingies to arrive. I'll still keep the other machine for making full pots, but I love my Keurig.

I like the donut shop flavor my self...Picked ours up for 35bucks because it had a scratch on it....drinking the french press right now .....not impressed

I'll have to try that one, it's in the variety pack I got with it. I am very pleased that my fav, Starbuck's Sumatra, is available in K-Cups, but I am waiting for a Perfect Pod cup with filters so I can make my own.

I've had one for a long time, actually on my second one. :mrgreen:

I have one of those diy things too. If you use it make sure you don't lose the gasket that goes around the upper needle. I can't prove it but I think I lost it putting the diy thing in or out.

Had one of those in my hotel room the other week. A bit quicker than the coffee pot but I like to drink 3 cups or so in the morning and do it quickly, the time difference in the long run wouldn't be enough to persuade me to consider making the switch. The cups that came with it weren't large enough, and that Van Houtte coffee is fucking swill. I like to have control over the amount of coffee I'm putting in there and the size of my cup. And fuck that coffee mate shit.

You can definitely control cup size with mine, but since the prefab coffees are a set amount, cup size would affect strength. I am hoping that with the diy pod thingy I will be able to put just a little more coffee and have a perfect cup. So far I have kept mine "at the ready" so it can make a cup in like 15 seconds. I gotta put my wattmizer thing on it and see how much juice it's using lol

lol i use enough grounds for 1 pot of coffee but all in a single 16 oz cofee mug

can the keurig handle that?

We used to use one of those Sensao (sp?) machines, but the packets were expensive and it was just another gadget on the counter taking up space. I drink way to much coffee for one, but my friends LOVE theirs.

We have one, my wife is in love with it. I bought her the little carousel to accompany it. I believe if it was between me and the Keurig, I would end up on the curb :)

coffee always makes my bowels crazy so i just lift the lid of the machine and shoot the diareahe into the coffee filter. gives bold flavor for the next batch of coffee
