Really? I thought the movie was a giant waste of time. Whomever wrote the screenplay was stoned off his/her gourd if they think that was coherent and well pieced together. No real character development, weak action, the main characters were weak sauce...I actually enjoyed reading the RollingStone article about the story much better than the movie.
The growers daughter that Topher nailed was hot, but a hot chick only gets a movie so far, especially when we don't even get to know the characters properly.

Yes, based upon a true story. But the movie itself told the story awkwardly, and wasn't well written. The flow of the movie was terrible.
