Yeah, Dana White is kind of wormy for sure,the company def chews and spits people out,def. ain't no retirement fund for broken beat down MMA fighters,and we never hear of the ones who wore themselves out and never made it either, training in that and still having a phys. job and working out is pretty much off the table when you have to stay healthy to work. Food on table and bills come first. Sore as hell all the time,stopped training in early 40's just was'nt worth it to beat myself down, totally a YOUNG mans game.

Im asian but if i mention anything here I turn into a white cultist that didnt get enough breast milk as a child so ill move on to the grow forums where the real pot heads hang out to play.....
