Nadine Bews Good idea Kirk...perhaps I shall issue the same type of 'cease and desist' letter to your good friend Wilcox who is now using the Coalition to capitalize on the patient's goodwill and tireless efforts raising awareness and funds through the Coalition to finance your legal actions defending the rights of dispensaries. Wilcox has conveniently abandoned fighting for patient's rights and instead Wilcox is chasing the patient's scarce pension dollar in favour of donations of the more lucrative 'dispensary dollars' now that the Allard Action has failed and 'left-out' no less than 50% of the MMAR patients who have no hope of appealing the Allard Action decision due to your mentor's legal strategy' who has claimed it is going to take one million dollars to do a 'Cadillac Job' for patients...so in other words the patients do not have a hope in Hell and Conroy knows that the sum total of all the patient's benefits could never afford the actual cost of Conroy's high-priced legal fees...after all Conroy also represents LP hopefuls who have millions of investment dollars at their disposal in addition to the surplus medicine being legally produced and having no patient lists creates a marriage made in Heaven for the LPs and the dispensaries who have the 'patient lists'... so I shall expect that the dispensaries shall commence to act as the official government 'delivery mechanism' for the LP's and shall soon be working closely together as partners once you and your partner, Conroy, have successfully implemented the government's agenda through the legal process...good luck my friend..take care and stay inspired and remember that 'laughter' is still the very best medicine...BKB...so mote it be...

Let me get this straight. Kirk Tousaw posted a request online for Sam Canada's contact information? Why is he and his professional legal practice unable to do basic research? It took me three seconds. It appears to me that he is recruiting people to form a hate campaign against a woman. No, we should not build a shrine to this man for this. I hope nothing bad happens to her.
 
What does tousaw have to do with your complaint of the coalition? Less bark more bite ladies. Why is it when 1 posts then the other? And it seems it's the only way we are graced with either of yours presence. We don't need threads in regards to your Facebook post. With that being said, I wish you luck and we all hope for some clarity regarding this. Maybe a little harsh before but actions speak louder then words.

I do not want to see anything bad to anyone, but lets face it that chick has it coming, she is one of the most annoying people, her tactics are not acceptable, it would not be a surprise if people are mad at her.
 
Exactly, she's complaining about anyone and everyone. Apparently she's a fucking mouth piece that gets results from law enforcement. I say give it to her kirk, don't hold back. Considering you realize the amount of left outs in the flawed injunction, you could only rationally think some of those left outs do use the clubs.
 
I read some of the responses and they are filled with hate and he is leaving them up there. Please stop Mr. Tousaw. This is a lynch mob or a witch hunt in my opinion. Some appear to be pointing blame at her for the police raids. Why is it that no one sees this as inappropriate?
 
What will happen next? Is someone going to say the 15 year old girl who apparently told her grandmother that she bought from a dispensary is lying then a witch hunt will be on for that little girl? Why? should we fear for her too? Who else?
 
I'm confused here, yall are saying "bad tousaw" but he's the only one who has ever given us results. Why go after tousaw with bitching and whining? He's going after a woman who has been getting clubs shut down and patients loosing access...is this not the same overall fight we are all apart? Your(s) methods are in line with LP shills around here witch I hope isn't the case.

I've met Kirk, and I consider him an intelligent, honest person. I have never met the other, but if she feels a right and need to issue statements that affect the pursuits of others, she needs to pull up her big girl panties and take the criticisms . Or she could just shut her mouth and avoid all the bad comments. I have no sympathy.

Yeah for slandering his client that has a agreement with a venue. If someone did that to me and I had a lawyer on staff I would do the same, wouldn't you? It's the reason your paying the man. Don't you bring into question why so many people support his actions but only you 2 don't? Do you feel it's the majority that's wrong or yourselves? Sometimes the shoes on the other foot.

unfortunately Kirk may be involved in the crap. he didn't do anything bad but he accepted money from the Coalition for the Smith trial. i am not sure who OK'd this besides Wilcox. that's why he is involved. we are going for an accounting of the $$ donated and raised for the Allard case. it was only to be used for our MMAR case.
i may be wrong but a few wires seemed to be crossed. Kirk is after Pam while we are going after CONroy and Wilcox/Coalition
