unfortunately Kirk may be involved in the crap. he didn't do anything bad but he accepted money from the Coalition for the Smith trial. i am not sure who OK'd this besides Wilcox. that's why he is involved. we are going for an accounting of the $$ donated and raised for the Allard case. it was only to be used for our MMAR case.
i may be wrong but a few wires seemed to be crossed. Kirk is after Pam while we are going after CONroy and Wilcox/Coalition

The fucker is doin a stand up job supporting the SICK, nothing says anything but this, from anything I've seen.

Now...as for Conroy... unless he comes out and tells you why things are done the way they are..

the letter in this thread is from Tousaw to McColl.
Nadine is going to file her stuff very shortly and we will see what happens.
GB, you ask for her degree-Nadine was the founding secretary of the Coalition...and was removed. she has a lot of "inside" information. the group that was formed is also members of the original and are no longer. there is a lot of qualifications on her side. there is a lot of rumours as well.
i know it's a lot to take in. Kirk is doing good work for sure..no arguing that but CONroy and Wilcox have really pulled the wool over our eyes. we are looking into getting an accounting of funds raised and how they were spent.
i think that it might be better to post the results of what is happening instead of posting the intentions.
 
there's no denying they used patients charitable funds for their own gains....that's what "work" is for...They only need to donate 10% after all eh ;)

We just have to figure out what Charitable WORK is chargeable and what WORK is not.

That will not be easy to do ........

i hope we all get what we lost....we should have never lost it at all.
if they dealt with us fairly, we never would have a need for CONroy or the so called "Coalition"
i don't understand how the Government can't see that we will fight if we are forced...and we have. i am sure they have spent quite a sum to fight us unnecessarily. they could have brought in the LP system while allowing our gardens as well.
a waste of $$ on all sides
