On all the plants ive had the quad leaves and the single finger leaves always fall off its natural don't worry unless its moving up the plant.

when there is that much space between nodes, you need to move the light closer. but, you asked about the leaves. how old is it? are you feeding it? i'll guess it's still too young for nutes, but you gave it some anyway or the medium has nutes in it....

Move the lights closer....almost touching. Give it some grow nutes at 1/4 the recommended dosage.

Buy 6500 CFL's for veg and 2700 for flowering.

Get light on the plant...LOTS of light

well it is very stretched but looks healthy lower single leaves tend to fall off wouldn't worry about it much but the fact that it is 3 months old and so small is something.

3 months, you really need some more lights or at least position the ones you have got about a centimeter away at the most.

if i was you i would transplant into a slightly larger (deeper) pot, cut the 2 bottom leaves off and repot so the soil is about an inch from the first set of nodes. buy some new light maybe a 250hps, this would give your plant more growth in veg and in flower (bud production). get some nuets canna is easy to use, feed 1/4 strength until you get a run off. if you are in soil water when pots feel light, if you are in coco run to waste every day. water early in the day about an hour after light comes on. also noticed some water on leaves try not to get water on leaves, this acts as a magnifing glass and burns leaves if you foliar do this just before light off.
