An ex-cop, Barry Cooper, sets up a "Grow Op" in a house in Texas. This grow op comes with lights, fans, surveillance cameras and PINE TREES. Yes, i said pine trees. He does this to prove Texas police are still using FLIR cameras to look for the heat signature of indoor grow op. Us supreme court says use of FLIR is an illegal search without the proper warrant.
So, to get a warrant for this house police HAD to lie to get there warrant. here the link
