Hahaha yeah a pig roast is awesome, but its something that must be planned. I have a 10 acre plot out in the foothills near Valley Springs with a few normal fire rings and one huge pit for bon fires, everyone brought tents and we made it a 3 day 2 night thing. However that was when everything was green and no fires are allowed right now.

Nobody here really knows me and I stumbled on this place accidentally about a week or two ago because I had the budworm problem...So I'm sorta the new guy, this is actually my first real grow this year. I'm pretty noobish when it comes to growing, I mean I've had a plant here and there thru out my life, but nothing like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_uQ05PK2P0

I didn't plan on a greenhouse and never expected my plants to get so big, however once they started peeking over the fence I made a trip to home depot and bought some PVC pipe and plastic...It set me back $160 to build the green house, I used a bunch of stuff I already had such as T post and screws and used my fence.

A few days after I built the greenhouse the neighbor called the cops and they wanted to see my paperwork and garden.....I'm still a lil nervous even tho I only have 5 of 6 plants I'm allowed. Also 2 men were behind the fence of my garden around 1 am a couple days ago, I sleep about 20-25 feet away from it and was awoken cuz my dog was going nuts....I ran out in my underwear ready for battle and they ran off, but I def wont grow here in the city again simply because too many people find about it, even tho I have not told anyone....well beside you all, and that itself was a huge debate in my mind, took me a while before I posted on here...mostly I just read everything I could

All of this cop/ripper drama makes me want to cut early but I'm holding out, hate being held hostage here but I'm so close.

Doh now I'm writing a whole freaking page, but yeah anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it

That pig we got was about as small as I could get, it set me back $130....I bought it in Jackson CA......I think the whole party set us back around $500.
Pig,coals,kegs,porta potty....It was on of the best party's I ever threw, I was hella bummed out when the band didn't show up but nobody cared we just used someone's radio and had a blast anyway...imagine 40-50 people walking in a circle around a huge bon fire taking turns smoking the hookah...that huge bowl lasted forever!!! Best thing was NO FIGHTS, everyone got along even tho we barely knew anyone!!!

Im totaly down to plan another 420 party, we should have a chicken BBQ and plan it out....that is if the new guy is invited......lol

Yeah, I'm thinking a 420 pig roast for sure next year. But, some BBQ chicken now, sounds real good!

Haha! Kotton mouth king's stuff is bomb. thats why i was asking if its after harvest. My girls here still got a ways to go. Dad told me there girls arent looking to be done till christmas time! Almost there! Haha

So-any of you growin w.widow? Minw is getn huge colas,but it smells real citrusy w/alil skunk to it? Sound right? And how long does it take yal to trim 1lb by ur self?i trimd fer bout 6hrs last nite& did maybe 3/4lb. Cervantes says 4hrs a lb! B.s!!!!!lmao

It takes me a solid 8hrs to trim a pound

But I have to trim VERY close because the guy's I vend too are soooo picky!

I did aswell with what im delivering to the club,not AAAAS close with what im keeping. So im about on track.id like to see a cervantes trimmed lb in 4hrs! Hahha thanx dbl jj!!

Did i mention i hate trimming lol. Everyone on my street harvested this last two days so everyones been busy. All the pretty buds and hash sure does make it all worth it!

Harvest is awesome. It's the trimming that blows. LOL

Trimming isnt for growers! its for trimmers! lol was able to borrow a family friends trimmer until i get mine.... if it ever shows up dammit!

My little bro did a whitewidow last year, it was huge!!! He got 5pds off it but the caterpillars ruined most of the biggest colas...it takes me 9-10 hours to trim a pound, but I don't try to go fast and I trim really tight and make em sexy. It did have a citrusy smell to it but IMO didn't have enough taste, but then again most people who know me say I am very picky...I'm somewhat of a taste freak.

My biggest plants last year were WW's! 14ft! Heaviest producers too.

I felt the same way, lacked a little taste. I'm not growing it this year, I have my hands full with her cousin 'white grape'!lol!
