THE FLOWERERS

Ok, if you remember these guys were rooted and then just thrown straight into flower, not a single day of veg'. The bubblers are doing fine, at least 2 of them are, one of them will die very shortly. The hydro's seem fine too although they aren't growing any where near as good as the bubblers. I'll take pic's later but here's the nute make-up for the feed this week.

Into 9litres water

Sensi Bloom A, 25ml
Sensi Bloom B, 25ml
Big Bud, 30ml
Barricade, a drop
Carboload, 10ml
Sensizym, 45ml

I'll post pic's of the mother plant, the flowerers and the clones later on today.

This is now turning into my favourite journal, there's so much going on. The 1st pic' is of the mother plant after being chopped in half. I may cut her again as I feel I may not have got it right the first time. I'll let her grow a bit first so that when I do cut at least it will be to get some extra clones. The 2nd pic is of her root ball. Not sure how clear this will come out on the pic'.

Here's the pic's of my little experiment. 5 clones placed straight into flower. You may note that the light is too far away. This is my intent as I want to encourage them to stretch a little. In fact, I think I'll lower it today, they've had long enough.

2 out of the 3 in the bubbler are doing ok. The 2 hydro's seem to be dragging their heels a little bit. In a couple or three weeks these guys are all going to get shoved into a corner once I get a proper flowering crop on. So I want them to have the best they can for as long as they can.

The 3rd pic' is of the struggling bubbler. What can I do? My only wish is that it was the middle one it happened to. The hydro's don't seem to be coping well although they are budding.

My mouth's watering, every time I think of the Space Queen. I need that girl back in my life. £65-£70 is a small price to pay for a beauty such as she.

I suppose these pic's belong in here too as 6 of the clones are LA CONF' x Mystery Haze. The rooted pic' is of master kush after just seven days.

I haven't used rooting hormone. Just ph'd water (5.5) with the cubes soaked in for at least an hour. Cut and stick in the cube. The propagator sits on a shelf slightly away from a 400w mh which is vegging my LA mom and the 2 chronic plants.

Temp around the propagator stays around 28, with an oscillating fan blowing over it now and again. i've always had it in the same place, and my usual is 9 days although this is just an estimate as I've never really counted before. So I may be doing it this quickly all the time for all I know.

the first time i clonned i was freaking out! i had a beautiful plant that i was going to hack to shit and i was sure on the results. read and read and read till my eyes bled, finally i did it. almost 3 weeks and 50%. errrrr. but when i saw those roots i got and itch. i still cant contain it. 11days was on my last one andi did rapid rooter with 70%, not too bad. i took 50 that time. all from one mother.

what are you running your mothers with? do you bump up the phosphorus prior to taking cuttings?

I keep my mothers in bubblers. I let the feed drop down a fair bit before taking the cuttings, then I give her a nice feed with a nute level of what i deem suitable dependant upon age/size of the plant. Although i don't aim to give a certain amount of any one nutrient.

I use the sensi grow 2 part nute, and the same for flower... sensi bloom 2 part. I also have a few other things that help my plants along, like sensizym, voodoo juice, barricade, superthrive, carboload, big bud and final phase.

Flowerers, 24 days flower. 3rd feed. This into 6litres of water.

Sensi bloom A, 15ml
Sensi bloom B, 15ml
Carboload, 5ml
Big Bud, 30ml
Barricade, a drop.

The mom is doing fine, these days i just call her The Beast.

The 2 bubblers are doing well and already have a fair bit of bud on them. the hydro's are going much slower, are smaller. The bubblers have increased their height by more than ten times, easily.

Nice propagator, looks like the sankey 300 gro warm, i notice you dont have it plugged in though.

I never bother. They seem to clone just as well without it being plugged in. I might as well use the cheapo ones from Home Bargains (Ho' Bargains).

Pic's of mommy before and after taking 11 cuttings, of which I cloned 10. the other went into the bin. The last pic is the after pic.

before cutting, this bitch was up to 3 litres of feed PER DAY. I'm hoping this second cut is going to calm her down a bit.

She gets 6litres of actual nute feed every week, the rest is plain ph'd water. Every time I look at her I shake my head in amazement. so much I'm forgetting how old she is. i'll have to look back through the thread.

She'll be 4 weeks old tomorrow. She's had two cuts now. DWC kicks ass.

I really wanted to update with some pic's but the attachments engine is playing up again.
