ive heard lots of stories about ladybugs flying into hid lights and frying...So i have a small sproutling, and i was just wondering if i catch a wild ladybug, once my plant gets bigger can i just preemptively put the lady bug on my plant to protect it from bugs? I think it would be cool to have a lady bug living on my plant guarding it.
There's a nursery called Green Arrow over in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles that sells pre-fed ladybugs (1400+ per container) for around $7 USD. I'm on my second batch right now, my mites are under control at the moment with them.lady bugs work peroid ,,my friend uses them he buys them off wormsway 1500 lady bugs for like 25 bucks and he lets half go they work awsome they go into a wet matchbox after they are done and die or chill so he lets them go after but they live the hole time never usually die one or 2 might out of 1500 but ya seriously i couldnt believe it they are like his buddys on his crop he even fucking names the pricks lol
