Lake water? Is it any good for Cannabis

Guess my question is if the body of water has had blue green algae in the recent past, it should be ok to use if the bloom is not currently active? It a smaller in town lake with an aeration system intended to keep theake oxygenated during our long winters up here in the great northern states.

I don't and won't jack with of lake water full of pathogens. My water runs through ro an uv not to mention a 4 ft carbon filter and softener. I am commercial and Need my water pure to avoid heavy metals and the like during testing. I say if you really want to go for it but I'll pass.

Ye I can understand the hazardous outlook of its use, my thoughts were on the line of a lite feeding with all the phosphorus that is promoting the algae bloom. So before there is any development, say maybe extracting a bucket while the lake is still frozen over. The ice went off back on the the 23rd of April and it has had time to warm into 50s (water temp) it's hard to find examples of things relating to topics such as this, when there are 2 major conditional changes in the aquatic environment., things like dormancy or regeneration. This is when a guy just really needs to go to the library and stuck my nose in a book to get said information. Thanks for the perspective, it assured me that it isn't worth it simply for the soluable phosphorous. That stuff isn't readily available anymore due to misuse and likely mishandling of the product in criminal activities. In researching my Intended use, I was informed of a various things that phosphorus has been used for other tgan in the gardens.
