Sorry im not good with search. I want to know if its legal to grow outdoors in the city of lake port. I read a thread on here but he didnt have an answer. I seen that they just voted on a new ordinance recently. Can someone please give me some info.. im thinking of growing about 50 plants.

Why not call your local LEO and hear it from them versus someone guessing at it ?

It's not legal to cultivate cannabis anywhere in the United States. Cannabis is a schedule one controlled substance under federal law.
And in my experience, Lake County Sheriff's are pretty tight about what they consider 'medical need' under prop 215. IDK if there are local ordinances regarding outdoor/indoor 'medical' cultivation. but it's been my experience that the local sheriff's dept. and DA's office have a much tighter view of medical need than other counties (like Mendo).
