Lanky seedlings

I’ve been growing these two strains (unknown), and I think they’re growing too lanky. The stem isn’t falling it’s very strong. They’re one week old first true leafs are set, but the stem is very long. It’s about 2.5 inches. I had a light set back causing me to not use my led lights, and I’m wondering if it just needs more lights. I put them back up so everything should be fine. I’m also wondering if I should put in earthworms even though they’re still young?

Yes they just need more light. If they do fall over just stake them up with something like a stick or a toothpick. The worms won’t hurt them but there’s no need for it at this point. You’re doing just fine

Move the light closer......fill the cups to the top with soil......stake them if necessary.......if they are still lanky at transplant, bury most of the stem.
