Large Greenhouse or Cargo Shipping Container (Grow Room)

Are they both located outside? I could see the cargo shipping container being a cool idea! People use those and convert them into coffeshops all the time so why not a grow room. The shape and size makes it easy to regulate humidity and temps with a simple intake and exhaust. How big is it?

i have seen the hospital at my area, sometimes the offices in there are full so they converted cargo container into a office, just installed the AC and some window as well...i can imagine that run the grow in there will be great :)

My only problem with greenhouse is how does the sun penetrate, I'd assume 100% sun is better than sun having to go through 6mm of tarp plastic?

What's the life span of PVC in the heat, especially bending to be able to frame the greenhouse?

Isn't greenhouses made out of glass?

Not this day and age, plastic is much much cheaper, and they can make it fit on an inexpensive frame.
What exactly is the question here?
A greenhouse you can only do 1 run a year, a shipping container you have to run lights, or cut the top off.......

"Polyethylene film is a thick, flexible material that comes in sheets of various thickness (measured in mil) that can be used in single or double layers (for better insulation). A quick and inexpensive option for growers, FarmTek's high quality greenhouse film has ultraviolet (UV) protection and offers excellent tensile strength durability. Polyethylene plastic greenhouse film translucency diffuses light well, bouncing the available sunlight and reducing shadows, both of which aid plant growth. Poly film is also easy to install with homeowner tools and modest building skills."
Stole that from farmtek.com, is straight sunlight best, probably but then you have an outside grow, and all the issues and variables that go with it........
