Larry OG & Agent Orange RDWC SCROG

Here's some pics from today, they have grown lots in the past week for sure.

I have been gradually upping nutes and its at 800ppm currently with no signs of nutes burn, pH took about 10 days to swing from 5.8 to 6.0 which is excellent, dropped it back down to 5.8 today and will continue upping nutes to 1200 or so for flowering. At first I was worried on how the first ebb run would turn out since it took me forever to dial every thing in, but its looking like things will be OK. I already can't wait for the next round because I've learned so much by screwing things up that I'll be able to avoid unnecessary failures next time lol

Looking much better, CONGRATS! Perhaps, just keep things moderate until you can consolidate strains. Happy for you man. The Agent Orange will surely continue improving and before you know it, they'll be thriving.

As for your incoming gear- I too was wowed by the thought of Himalayan Blue Diesel and just new the description fit what I was looking for. Hope you have better results...... Worst I've ever seen in terms of instability. Early bloomers of both genders. Definitely hints of D and berries on the "good" phenos....but.... I would NOT suggest to any buddies to buy them. Some squatty, some lanky, all horribly finicky eaters. Fingers crossed for you. As for the others I've either had good experience or seen good results from them. Nice order overall!
One thing about it.... if you pop them soon enough and have similar results, surely you can contact the bean supplier and have them make it up to you. Mine were 3-4 years old and I couldn't contact customer service.

Thanks man I've never ran karma genes but damnnnnnn!!! They look so good!!! The headbanger looks like something I'd be very interested in, I'm loving the color of it and the happy brother looks seriously frosty wow I am definitely gonna get some of their gear, hats off for the recommendation! Thats sad to hear about the blue Himalayan diesel, I had really high hopes for that hopefully the strain was reworked and stabilized! The weather here has been 100 degrees and sunny for the next 5-6 days..so I am doing something I usually don't, but since I have two plants in soil I took them out of the net and brought them outside to get some awesome sun, I put them out early this morning and wasn't sure how they'd take to the new light, but holy shit they are loving it! I'm hoping I can veg them an extra 12" out there and then going to bring them back in. I neemed them just in case for bug control and I have a hot shot pest strip if anything goes south in the pest world. But I just couldn't pass up the chance for some great free lumen power

i made up this hooked stick to train the plants i cant reach through the screen as i can only access my room from the doorway i mislabled a grow journal & got no replies it sucks when you post & post with no replies something i can relate to i see youre figuring out the different strains in the same grow subs stuff usually grows aggressive when young & the og's are sluggish when young & wake up about the time you flip the light

I'd be worried with grasshoppers as much as anything. I wouldn't leave the girls outside if you're not going to be home to keep an eye on them. Set them near a window even?

As for Karma's gear - check out this thread https://www.thcfarmer.com/community/threads/magazine-articles-etc.49060/ .... some pretty impressive coverage of his gear.

I'd suggest Happy Brother bx2, Sour Jack, Headbanger, White OG 2.0, Biker 2.0, Happy Kush, or Dominator to start with, but that's just my preference.. Talk about rubberband genetics, HBbx2 can be trained to grow into the shape of a pretzel. Amazing resilience from all his gear.

Soooo many bugs out there I brought them back in Lol, it seemed like a good idea at first but not such a good idea now, they are back safe and sound in the tent now. I have privacy screen on all of my windows and it dulls the sun light unfortunately. I've bumped up the nutes to 900ppm, flooding every four hours now around the clock, the one Larry og I didn't think was going to make it has started growing and greening up now! Pretty excited about that! My soil plants I did a flush on yesterday, I think I was getting some pH imbalance or something, so I flushed and added some nutes and the new growth looks a lot better today. The other hydro plants are kicking ass now too, they are in high gear and growing quick, I think another 7 days I can start the flowering. There is one leaf that has a note burn spot about the size of a pea, but I'm not going to worry too much about it because they've had the 900ppm nutes for a couple days now and no other signs of burn. Can't wait to flower these puppies! I was going to flower yesterday, but I did some topping and wanted to let them heal a little bit, my screens about 70% filled I think, give or take, so I hope I don't end up over vegging.

That hook is cool! Good idea! I'm lucky I have a window on my tent on all the sides, at first I had my tent against the wall and then I'm like, shit, I won't be able to get in there and had to move everything around Lol. You explained the growth of the Larrys and agents exactly how I'm seeing them grow now, Larry's were sooooo slow in the beginning, now all of a sudden they have the biggest fattest leaves of the all, but grow like a sativa! Its so weird, the Larry leaves are the size if a book now and each blade of the leaves are like 2" wide, its so bizarre. Do you have a link to your journal? I'll check it out, its sucks when threads get lost and unnoticed for sure, but I'll definitely take a look

Super happy for ya, man! Now they're starting to look better. Growth rate seems closer to what it should and young AO are standing on their own more (or so it seems).

As for bugs, I got these for $11/each (delivered):

They're used army gear and perfect for what I need and the cheapest protection I could come up with.

Grasshoppers will eat through anything you throw their way.

That's a pretty bad ass net, never would thought about something llike that.

I still have the girls on a 900 ppm diet at the moment. Did a couple more FIMS today to let some bottom growth catch up to the top. There 24/100 holes of the net with no top, so its close to flower time for sure. Sunday will be the day! I wanna bump up the ppms but I keep telling myself not to, I don't want to over nute. They look healthy as can be, green, lush, happy. The soil plants are lighter green. Definitely screwed up somewhere with them, but soil isn't my nitch, but I they are growing and don't look terrible so its all good can't wait to see the differemce of the final medicine between the two. Anyone use koolbloom for Floralicious with the Lucas formula? I wanna use it but just got sure how much. Since everything is healthy I'd like to not overdo the nutes, but its sometimes hard to tell how much nutes a strain can take the first run with em. They're drinking about 2 gallons a day. Ppm going down 10-15 a day. PH stable. Still using the add back and adjust method. Res smells clean and no problems, no slime so to speak, very happy with the add back method so far. Hmm, trying to think of what else I've done.. Oh, i add .5ml per gallon of bleach to the res every 3-4 days. I cut out h2o2 for the most part. BLEACH WORKS GREAT, DONT LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT SAY NO BLEACH IN YOUR RES!!! I was skeptical and have never used it until now and it was the best thing for a clean res I have ever used hands down. And its cheap!! So all 6 hydro plants are doing great, even the runt (still small but it'll be fine in a week) and the soil plants are decent could be better, but in a week I think they will perk up. Good thing this isn't a forum based on proper English and not making typos.... ha! Thanks for the update. Also.... remember to take it easy on nutes. With multiple ladies in one system, no reason to PUSH 'em. In fact, unless I saw deficiencies, I wouldn't increase again till after 4-5 days of 12-12.

I usually top out around 1100-1300 but believe I could use even less and have great results (in most cases). Don't buy into the hype that GREAT ladies are always STARVING..... sometimes less is more. In this case, I believe your end results will be much more favorable if you can keep from overdoing things.

Less is more. I cant remember going over 1000ppm in a Long long time.

Flowering has been induced as of today. after just one dark period, somehow they all grew like 4"?! These things are going to be beasts! I'll snap a pic Sunday so you guys can see a major positive difference since the last pic, I'm actually impressed with myself with this run Lol. I've never had so many problems with a grow that turned out damn near perfect, I'm really starting to like this ebb and gro system, once its dialed in things literally explode! I ended up upping nutes to 1000ppm (.7 meter) last night because they started drinking lots of water and the ppm was dropping pretty quick, I might even have to up it allittle more, maybe its the Lucas formula as to why they can take fairly high ppm, I'm not sure, but I usually never go over 1000ppm either but this is my first run a with LF. Its almost unbelievable the growth in the last 24 hours, will update some weed porn pics Sunday, catch y'all then and have a awesome weekend RIU

It will end up here- 800 watt bridgelux outdoor floodlights grow. At the moment it's 10 SourD's and an AK I'm finishing up. Didn't mean to hyjack your thread Alpha. I will up date it tonight.
