Im just asking but since you're acting like a smart ass im going to wait for someone with real knowledge to help me out. Peace ✌
Huh. lol. I was being serious? Your roots look terrible. I just put in a way of a less aggressive approach. That’s all man. Sorry your took heart out of it. But I’m glad herbs came by and told you everything you needed to read. Hand Watering is an art man and dialing that in perfectly is going to take practice. Think of a plant as an ice berg. You have the above the surface part. But remember. You have a whole lot more going on underneath. And don’t underestimate that.

I'm sorry if I overreacted, i know my roots look like shit, but is it solely based on my watering practices? Was it the overwatering or the letting the soil dry out too much that caused this? How do you get big healthy roots in the first place in a soil grow? I'm just trying to find out what I have to do better next time. Peace ✌☮

It’s an art. It’s going to take some practice. But using a kitchen 0.00-11lbs scale will help you generously. Set your grams from max weight on paper. And weight when needs to be watered. Smack that paper on your tent. Document. Keep track. Then it’s going to be second nature.

those big healthy roots come from perfect practice and watering strictly and consistently.

Most don’t not teach this because new people always overwater. Always. Get a scale if you don’t have one. Weigh your pots. Write it down. And keep it updated. That’s what I do.
And iv never looked back. Once the plants become of size. 1-2-3 gal pots. You get much more forgiven. But anything below vigorous. Will yield you problems and a low example of your strain.
