Late Night With Jimmy Fallon...

IS THE BEST FUCKING SHOW ON TELEVISION!!! This dude is way better than Conan, Letterman, Leno.

You can tell that he is not "comfortable" yet, but this show is still better than any other late night show. First off his band is "the ROOTS." The musician want to play with the roots so you have some really cool sounds; like when Paul Simon played with them. He is so funny with the guest (because he actually hangs out / worked with the famous people he is interviewing).

But best of all he actually lets the musicians perform. Dave Matthews was on and did a 2 song set. I don't think I have EVER seen that in late night. Dave was great BTW. "The way it is" Is a kick-ass song. I was huge into dave and he lost me on his new stuff. I think he is luring back in.

He has the best intro music out of all of them.

I have never seen someone use one in person. But the videos I have seen are mesmerizing.


I can't believe there is not more love for this guy... He had Racheal Drauch (the weird looking girl from SNL - Debbie Downer - playing "whole lot of love" on her cello and the Roots just started jamming with her).

I saw the first episode (well a piece of it, and he looked so fake and rehearsed), will give it another shot after your praise, maybe it was just jitters.

I know exactly what you are talking about. He was real jittery. He is getting much better.
