Late starter, am I safe?

I germinated a seed about 1 week ago, my plant is around 5 inches tall and It is an outdoor plant. I plan on keeping it outside and I was wondering if it would be safe to keep lettin' it grow because I planted it outside so late. Will it still grow normal and bud around September? Also...
If I take this plant when it is about a foot tall and move it indoors under light, would this be safe? Just wonderin' if some people could give me some input, thanks.

well if u have a safehidden/secret place then its all good. yes they should bud around sept give or take depending ur location. but why bring them indoor when the sun is soo much better then whatever you or anyone has!
