Unless voters change the law in 2016, we'll need legislation like the concentrate one being held hostage by the Provisioning Center folks in Lansing for the past few years. We'll now need an additional one to address these clowns legislating from the bench once again. This time we need one to specify the limits they keep batting around (2.5 oz/12 plants) as "transportation limits" or what one can posses in public "legally". They need to stay the fuck out of our homes, so we'll need to specify absolutely NO limits there for the protection of patients and caregivers from armed agents of the state and their courts criminal prohibition of our medicine.

i think she has good prospects in the msc actually. well, enough for a remand. the msc sucks with its remand ability.
dried must be defined. the lower court did not make a finding of fact on the dryness. the coa just used the witness testimony instead of actually doing a moisture test on it.
what this means is that the conviction will be vacated and the dryness must be determined. but since the dryness wasnt determined when it was seized, it cant be determined now; theres a timing issue. i'd say reversed and remanded and shes still good for sec4 defense.

This court just made felons out of patients/caregivers adequately curing medicine, just as they had those extracting medicine for medibles and oils. There is a clear conflict of interest among these judges forwarding their failed drug war regardless and at a cost of the rights The People granted to patients/caregivers with MMMA eight years ago now. When will we The People hold this justice system accountable for the damages they've inflicted upon our society for a half century now ...
