Lavender,"PP", Og Kush, and Purple (1st Grow) Legal

SHOULD I FLOWER THEM? i cant have my light for days so im wondering the yield. I picked up some clones at a few dispensaries in the San Jose, area. The unkown purple strain is from seed and its def. some sort of indica. I'm currently low stress training it.
The soil used is FFOF with some 3d organic nutes and some superthrive here n there.
do you guys think i should tie the lavender down so those branches see some better light? in order: Lavender; Lav'(side); "PP"(purple/power punch?); Og Kush; and the random purple strain thats from seed. let me know what you think

They're all under (4)4' flouros too. forgot to mention!

Bump. if i threw these youngins under the 400w, do you think it would yield alright? im not expecting much since theyre still young.

Hell Ye man throw it under the hid the more light the more buds. I'm in Sj too I jus grabbed some clones from elemental wellness. I got clones a few months ago from patient 2 patient that did pretty good. The og kush is getting hella frosty with Orange hairs and the ken's grandaddy is starting to turn all purple.
