When did I ever mention or say about flir, I think your now starting to change subject to save face and you have now gone because in none of your claims have even stated anything that would provide evidence of HELI-COPTERS & heat sig.

fine g, its possible that a helicopter can bust you, that doesnt mean its going to happen. if they use a helicopter flir w/o a warrant all you gotta do is hire a good lawyer and get the evidence thrown out, if they have the warrant your fucked no matter what they do.

Alright all you dudes, this is why good members leave the RIU. One man makes a suggestion that the OP is not entirely correct, and he is attacked. He comes back with the equal amount of hostility you gave him, and then you step it up a notch each time, many of you ganging up on [you know who I'm talking about] just wanted to let you Ace-Ventura-style butt-talkers know that police will use any illegal method to bust your grow. If that means using FLIR from a helicopter, from the street, or whatever, that's what they'll do. Still, I will contend the argument that it is highly unlikely that you will be busted for a small grow, but it's not impossible, and that's what Straight up G was trying to say, and you guys jumped on him like you're mugging him walking down the street.

I honestly do not prefer to conform to the wrong majority. Not saying Straight up G is entirely right too, or that he handled the situation as well as he could have, I'm saying that police will use FLIR in many illegal ways, and they will perform raids with little evidence. Your likelihood of getting busted will vary. The Patriot Act is still in effect today... /rant

P.S. I'm not taking a side, just saying you flamers have to stop flaming this guy for putting up his honest opinion.
