Leaf curl and discoloration

This was taken as a clone from a mother, it has been in soil for about 5 weeks and it is starting to show signs of leaf curl and discoloration. It moved locations so it went through a bit of shock but I have it on an 18/6 cycle under 24 watt CFL. The propogation soil is completely nutrientless so I have been trying to fert. with worm castings but im not really sure how to dissolve the castings in water (like how to extract the nutrients). What is wrong with my plant?

i would start feeding it somthing w/ a higher N rating. it looks like it is a n deficiency what size pot is it in? i would also get another light. but it definitely looks like it could use some nitrogen

That plant is starving.

its in a 4 in pot its small but i pulled it out and the roots are not even close to filling the pot. I just started fertilizing it, what would an appropriate solution ratio be if I used my urine as fertilizer? I am also getting a 150 watt metal halide for it soon.
