That could just be varigation, it’s nothing but a genetic mutation. Just keep on making the plant as healthy as possible. Did it prehaps dry out or get too hot? Wind burn?
Agreed. One question I have is it appears like you just sprayed/watered it. When the leaves are wet like that are the lights on? I have seen this a couple times where the water drops magnify the light and burn it on my plants.

Def just watered it before the pic I usually don’t get the leaves wet but i have been kinda reckless. Thanks for the input. I was just hoping it wasn’t gonna be a loss, looking all discolored like that. Def appreciate the advice!

Nah, screw that! Getting the leaves wet is nothing, other than thinking about it after. My case was kinda rare as I was really high ppm’s but like a magnifying glass don’t think it matters. Bout where it’s focused.

Ok so forget about growing the plant, and start thinking about tending to the soil. Keep it cool keep it moist. Water it often, yet not too often. Make teas. Find the best lever of moisture for your specific pots

I’m having leaf discoloration with one of my plants but all the rest seem fine. Any ideas what this could be? I’m new to this game so any advice helps. I’ll post a pic below. Thanks!
I've had phenos that just grew like that some time from seed, sometimes it will go away sometimes it won't. But also another thing to look into, is maybe take a magnifying glass and look underneath the leafs. That to me kind of looks like thrips damage! They go under your leafs and start eating in trail type patterns like that and it takes the dark green off in spots. The reason I say that is because when I zoom in I kind of see two or three tiny white things that look like microscopic grains of rice. And the bottom leaf curling like that, if that isn't from water and touching the soil, it may be thrips. Just look with the magnifying glass for little black dots in bunches up areas and also movement of tiny white worms wiggling along under the leafs... The adults turn to fly type bugs like gnats, they get in the soil and eat your roots and plant...
May be nothing, but couldn't hurt to check to be sure
