leaf edges curling upwards, why?

hi guys, i need some help. i just watered yesterday with plain ph'd water and now some of the leaves are curling up. whats my problem?edges.jpg

Can also be related to a fan being to close and stripping the moisture away, but mainly heat and humidity.

Thanks a lot, its probably overwatering because my temps were lower than usual. I raised my light yesterday. I'm growing various strains but it only affected 25% of the plants, I'll let them ones go an extra day or two before next feeding.

As mentioned its a couple of factors that go into this issue.

Either temps too high at the leaf surface.

Either humidity too low at the leaf surface.

Either fan/intake blowing directly at that area.


Either one or a few of these can attribute the symptom you're having.

In any of the cases above it ALL relates to the humidity being too low at the leaf surface through one or all of the cases.

Forgot to mention one other possibility of the symptom.

Broad mites.


These were brought to my attention by a fellow RIU member who had very similar issues without any of the problems being the cause.
