Leaf holes

Hey guys, I have a few holes with brown edges around my bottom leafs - the plant is short, only about 6", but has about 6 nodes off of it - but like I said, the big bottom ones, kinda "holy" - is this natural? Not good? What could it be? I'm sure I'm doing something incorrect, first time grower - it's in organic soil now, getting ready to transplant - but just want to give it the best chance.

i really havent got a clue what im talking about... buy some people have said that bugs and little critters can damage ya plant... maybe it might be something to do with that? dont listen tho, im number 1 newbie
