Leaf question on seedlings?

The new leaves (2nd set) are starting to curl under. They look good, but I know this isn't normal. What can I do? I don't want them to die :(

also what kind of soil and you should get some perlite and use 30/70 perlite and soil
to help water drain and help the soil to not become packed
do it when you transplant when the plant has 5-6 nodes

I am using guano(sp?) some organic soil someone mentioned on another site, perlite or whatever... I can't remember where I found the soil mixture, but I followed the directions. It was for a much bigger crop, so I just mixed a bunch and put it in a huge container :) I am starting them inside and then they will be relocated outside... I may be watering too much. I just don't want them to dry up. I haven't grown before and I just wanted to try with some seeds I was given before I try with some that are a more difficult strain.

Rule of thumb when watering, stick you finger in the soil about about an inch. If the soil sticks to your fingers you don't have to water.
