This is a 'catch it before' kind of problem. I'm paranoid after losing 1st plant in MGMC. Plant is very healthy on the whole, 3 weeks into 12/12, a nl#5. I'm seeing some leaf roll at the top leaves that are part of the forming main cola. Roll is down, not up. I've seen some discussions on this in the forum, haven't found a definitive answer for cause. Maybe there isn't a definitive answer, might be varying causes.

Anyhow, heres the info that i have,
2 gallon pot, MG Organic soil, 10% perliite, 1tbsp MG bone meal 1 tbsp dolomite per gallon
ph of water going in is 6.4, haven't been able to get a reliable ph coming out, outflow too muddy(using ph drops)
lights are 78w of 2700k, this is a micro grow, hey i'm learning
temps seem to peak at 84 around main cola, i suspect heat
watering intervals have been 5 days then 3 days, at 5 some dry/wilt showed up
feeding has only been 1/2 tsp molasses per 2 quarts water

Is it "the claw"? Its over fertilization. Nitrogen to be precise. But its not too bad at all. As long as is doesn't start burning (and I think you know what that looks like lol). It looks good in the picture man I wouldn't change a thing. Don't overdo it with the molasses though. That stuff can build up in your soil. The BEST way to do molasses is this >
Here is how you do it. - by Ohsogreen
First use only unsulphured molasses, like Briar Rabbit or Grandma's Molasses (brands). Mix one ounce to one gallon of chlorine free water. If you only have tap water, let it set for two days & 99% of the chlorine will evaporate. Then you can add the molasses.

You can bubble (oxygenate) it using a cheap aquarium pump & air stone for at least one day. Or just pour it from one clean container (jug or bucket) to another a couple of times a day, for at least two days.

This provides extra oxygen to the good micro-beaties, they then eat, mutiply, & kill off - the not so nice micro-beaties. The longer you oygenate this mix, the more good guys you end up with. Their eating & pooping out the NPK (bioconversion) is what make it highly soluble. Over time their bioconversion reduces the N and pumps up the P & K slightly. Not a big shift, just a point or two.

This makes a good growth stage fertilizer (that's cheap).

Just mix it light the first time & water in lightly - like one quart per plant.
Start low & build slow. This prevents overfertilizing.

Use this mix one week & plain water the next.

Not the 'claw', or doesn't look like it. Yeah, I'm going to be careful with too much molasses, I have seen where you can overload with it.

Mostly I've seen some postings of the situation, never got a good feel if it is a problem. Maybe strain issue?

Now that youve mentioned Molasses I have a few quick questions when using it in soil:

1) How much Molasses in ml per litre should I add?

2) Should I use it only during the flushing stages?

3) Should I add it with every watering?

1) 1 to 2 tablespoons per gallon. Per litre IDK sorry (I use 1 tbls)
2) Can be used anytime (its organic fertilizer)
3) Every OTHER watering, no more
I use it only once during veg and twice during flower. (I also use FF Growbig and FF Bigbloom.)
