If those are on day 20.........you have a problem.
Provide us with info about your grow to get help.
Just based on the pics.........your lighting is crappy and too far away from the seedlings.

Too little medium that's too wet. Not enough light. Are there multiple drain holes in the bottoms of those little buckets?
