I see black dots. I would say its thrips.

how can i kill them. i searched organic ways of kill them and i found soap + alcohol method. mix them with water and add a lil oil and spray plants. but my plants are in 3rd week of flowering. if they arent in flowering i do this method. do you have any suggestion friends?

Use some Neen oil. If your worried about mold, just spray and in 2 hours come back and shake each branch gently, plus keeping a fan on them will provent mold.

Spinosad. I'd keep any liquids off the buds if possible. If you have a good sprayer you'll be ahead of the game.
