The soil was an organic blend not sure on its ph, the problems started a few days before i repoted, thought it may have been rootbound and i did a good job of repoting no root breakage at all i dont think, ive been putting pictures on here for days and everyone said nute burn but because its never been fed any everyone points to the water, ive left water out for 24 hours but no joy, i thought high low ph could damge it like this. also its not as yellow as it looks in the pics

if youve not fed yet then its not nute burn, it cant be nute burn from the soil being too rich because it would of shown when the plant was younger, as its been in the same soil all the time, i doubt its hungry yet cos you only repotted into fresh soil a week ago. you say you didnt water for 24 hrs, you should be leaving alot longer between waterings than 24 hrs, that size plant in that size pot should go at least 4-5days between waterings, if your watering more than every three days id put my money on overwatering, let soil dry out almost completely between waterings

Come to think of it when it was in its first pot i was giving about half an eggcup a day of water each day as it was growing it was doing great but since transplanting to this bigger pot i have not increased the water enough i bet, roughly how much water should i be giving it on its 4th or 5th day without. ive been giving it about 500 mil once every 2 to 3 days, and ive also filled the new pot to the top of the first set of leafs and that soil was bone dry

that plant is not underwatered mate, forget the eggcups, mils litres or any measurements of water, just water till you get some run off out the bottom of the pot, wait 20mins or so by which time the soil should have re-absorbed the run off back into the pot, water again till run off, then dont water again til the soil is dry and the pot is light, stick yr finger in the soil, if you can feel any moisture 2 inches down they dont need watering, if it feels dry 2 inches down but the plant isnt wilting, water the next day. you wanna soak the soil then let it dry almost to the point that the leaves wilt but just before they do.

Thanks alot thats great advice, lets put it this way since transplanting i never seen run off so thats my error i will stick to what you are saying, and see how it goes. Thanks for the help appreciated

no probs, i think a bad watering schedule is your prob, canna doesnt like constantly soggy feet she likes her soil to be soaked then allowed to dry right out, as you repotted a week ago id repot again in a week or two or if thats your final potsize then start a weak feeding regime in a week or two. those yellowed and crusty leaves wont recover and will die off completely but you shouldnt get anymore yellowing.
