Leave curl advice please

Hi just looking for advice on my leaves... I gave them nutrition for the first time at less than half the dose.. then I repeated that for second feed.. I gave them water on the third feed..

Hi am using ionic it’s my first grow and my soil is happy green.. I watered them with nutes 4 days ago and just gave them water there
 
On second look it looks like leaves are curling up, really think your dealing with overwatering and or root problems
 
wen I feed them I get a good run off.. I have been waiting 4 days.. and the soil is dry wen I give them the next feed... I gave them water just there... someone recommended feed feed water
