Leaves are decolorizing, is this nutrient burn?

Hi! So I repotted my plants in new, fertile soil about 15 days ago. I just started adding nutrients (sensi grow) about 1 week ago.
The last 1-2 days the leaves started becoming discoloured on one of my plants, is this because I added nutrients too soon after repotting?

Also, there are some older leaf problems, which haven't escalated much at all. These have been slowly growing in the past couple of weeks.

Can you confirm my hypothesis about this being nutrient burn?

My plant is starting to show the same. Not as progressed as your is but its starting. I've been wondering if I'm battling high pH (soil generally doesn't need to be balanced) that's causing a nutrient lock-out (not severe of course but if it isnt taken care of...). Your humidity and temps are on course.. I'd maybe drop from the 28 and stick around 22-26.

As for the nutrients after transplanting... that might be an issue too. Normally you should go for a damp root-ball before transplant and a light watering after you transplant of just regular water.
