leaves are looking "splotchy" with yellowing, is this a nute problem??

the leaves on one of my plants has some slightly yellow splotches on it, and another has little white spots on some of the leaves. Im 4 weeks into veg state, and was wondering if i have a nute problem, im using green light 20-20-20 fert. about every 5 days. what could the problem be??:-(

so would it be a under fert problem? it kinda looks like it needs more nutes but I dont wanna over do it. they stay watered, but i let it almost completely dry out before watering again
I need help with my plants before i go into flowering!! could the yellow be caused by my ph being off???

It's possible It's PH related, but without pics it's impossible to diagnose properly.

Yellowing of the leaves could be an iron, magnesium, nitrogen, and or sulfur deficiency. Nitrogen is the most common which starts at the bottom leaves. The white spots could be leaf septoria, a fungi, it can reduce your yield. All you need for that is any kind of garden safe anti-fungi spray with neem oil extract, or just neem oil itself diluted in water.
