Leaves canoeing down wilting [pics]

Hello RIU, I have a couple of Purple Wreck plants grown from seed about a month old. Everything was going fine until about a week ago when I noticed a leaf that started drooping and "canoeing" in from the side. (I am not referring to the "claw" at the end). I noticed the leaf "canoeing" after 4 days with no water and to be honest I thought I was just seeing the first sign of needing watering (even though I thought it would take longer then that). I just watered normal and assumed that within 48 hours the leaf would look normal again. Well it didn't so off to google I went. After a day of searching I couldn't find a single picture that looked like mine, (leaves "canoeing" down, with no other signs of deficiencies anywhere else on the plant).

Anyhow for the grow facts

Strain: Purple Wreck
Medium: Soil. Ocean Forest with 25% extra perlite added.
Light: 400w MH 19 hours on 12in from tops
Temp: 65-80 (vast majority of the time about 75)
RH: 17-25 Daily Misting (since canoeing started)
PH: 8.0 (Tap water that has sat out for 24hr)
Nutrients: none

Today I bought some bottled water from the store and got a 6.5 PH reading, So I watered in hopes of that solving the problem. It just kind of sucks if that's the problem that the quality soil wouldn't compensate for the high PH in my tap water better then that. I would have grown Hydro if I would have known I would need to adjust my water PH.

To me they look slightly over watered and maybe a little over fed, that is it. They are fine.

Thanks for the quick response. I do agree that they don't look bad right now (thanks btw ) I am just seeing a leaf deterioration daily, and while they dont look bad today Im afraid that by next week they will be far far worse. ( I have never fed them anything, though I am aware that Ocean Forest has nuts in it.)

Wet and back off the N..best guess.. RH? have a fan moving air but not blowing heavily on em. edit: get RH up to 40.

They look worse and better today. There is a lot more drooping but the tops are nearly standing straight up. I am hoping that the bottled water will correct the problem but I am doubtful. I am afraid that the plant is super sensitive to low RH, but we will see.
